筒回油过滤器DFON160MHE10D1.X/-L24本过滤器用于液压系统回油精过滤,滤除液压系统中元件磨损产生的金属颗粒以及密封件的橡胶杂质等污染物,使流回油箱的油液保持清洁。
本过滤器安装在油箱顶部,筒体部分浸入油箱内,并设置旁通阀、扩散器、滤芯污染堵塞发讯器等装置。具有结构紧凑、安装方便、通油能力大、压力损失小、更换滤芯方便等特点。贺德克高压板式滤器

设备的运行周期,通常由压力表进行监视,一般允许其进、出口压差上升值不得大于0.5MPa。当压力表发出警时,则应关闭设备的进、出口阀,准备更换滤芯。 更换滤芯时需要先把滤器内的液体完全排放出来。
旋转下壳体,从壳体内小心取出滤芯
取下O型密封圈,擦拭干净,查看O型密封圈是否老化或破损。若密封圈老化或破损时,请更换相同型号的O型密封圈
将O型密封圈放入密封连接部位的O型槽内
将需更换的新滤芯放入下壳体内,且压在弹簧上
将滤芯的接口处对准上壳体内的接口,缓慢地旋转下壳体
